UNFAIR LEGAL ACTION

Good day<br> <br> My name is Pertunia Khunoana i have a complaint towards Loan Choice SA,they sent me to legal action regarding the service that they didn't render to me.I did apply for a loan at Loan Choice last year December and also written that I'm on debt review.The thing is i was shocked when i receive the legal instructions by Esterhuyze Incorporation where else i didn't receive any legal advice from them or received that money i requested.<br> <br> My problem is that how can i pay for a service that i didn't get help from they hardly didn't call me to inform me because my internet from work wasn't working due to network point problem.This people are unprofessional how can you pay for something you didn't get service from.On that other hand they want me to pay that fee and the law suit income,no this people are unfair and cruel.How can you pay such an amount knowing that already you need financial assistant.Where would get the money to even pay them.<br> <br> Your cooperation in this regard is highly appreciated.
