But today the dbl debitted my account for R399 and have reffered to it as a annual subscription fee for a service that has never been used.</p> <p>Having then engaged loanchoice to rectify the situation, they have refused to pay back the R798.</p> <p>You will be hearing from my lawyer soon. </p>
