UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT ON ACCOUNT

My account has been debited with R399.00 and I have never even heard of this company. I have tried to contact them and get passed from pillar to post. I have sent them mails and no one responds. I will be reversing this payment as I have NEVER contacted them for anything what so ever. This is *****ing and I will be taking this further......
