Unauthorized debit

I have noticed this so called loan company has now done this to various people and nobody seems to stop them. They are just deducting money from people as they please without even really assisting us. My story is very similar to alot of other unsuspecting clients who just required help, i mean really, how to you pay for a loan when you require money in the first place.Sounds like a **** **** to me and then they dont even help with the loan.I made an enquiry about a loan a while ago and was asked to forward documents, but did not submit my bankstatement yet. On the 28/09/15 an amount of R399.00 was deducted from my bank account without consent or any explanation to me. I would like to know why monies were deducted from my account without my knowledge and how can they deduct monies from my account without me even signing a contract? I would like the monies to be refunded into my account before the end of the day. They just read your e-mails but don't reply to it. How is it even possible to just deduct money without even assisting me?Your urgent response is required.I will definitely take this matter further should i not receive feedback.
