*****ing of peoples money

On the 19 Oct 2015 I wanted to apply for a loan to pay medical bills. I contacted Loan Choice SA online, and with the understanding they will get me a loan, I completed an online form but nothing happened only a debit order went off my bank on the 31 Oct 2015 which was retuned as there was no money to pay for extra stuff. On the 19 Jan 2016 I received a Statement of Account from them stating my Agreement must be settle and a amount of R1112.00 was due, on the 21 Jan 2016 I received a email from Lifestyle Legal in acting on their clients behalve Loan Choice SA they demand I pay the amount of R1390 within 7 days. I did not pay the account, there was NO service to me from Loan Choice SA and no one could give me answers Lifestyle Legal sent me a Service Mandate and Agreement that apparently if I click the block terms and conditions it was a signed contract between me and Loan Choice SA this was not how I understand it, I was simply applying for a loan. Then the emails come in 27 Jan they gave me 24 hours to pay 29 Jan they threatened me with a Summons and Blacklisting and on the 1st Feb Court Summons was issued and pending. I paid the amount R1390 that day, money I did not have.
