Shocking company and Call centre

I went on Google on 31.12.15 to check of loan companies in SA and was directed to Loan Choice SA and went to their website to check if I would qualify. Their website is so misleading it actually asks for your banking details before you agree to sign up- no quote given on what the repayments are so I didn't bother to proceed. Next thing end of January I was debited ?399 which I had reversed and now they are sending me settlement amounts for something I didn't proceed with nor even received? I called the call centre yesterday at 3pm and automated response says office are opened till 5pm and disconnected me- tried to go to their website and wasn't working. I have tried to call today at 11:45 and spoke to a female called Alexi and asked where they are based and got the most shocking response. To cut the story short she was laughing at me and saying how can you sign up for something you don't know and when I said I will come to the offices, she said in a threatful response-We will be waiting for you\ and she hung up. Shocked for days. Can someone at HelloPeter please advise how this company can be dealt with0 I see they are so many bad reviews about the **** company"
