i app**** for a loan online and i did not get feedback so i did not follow up with it because i though i did not qualify. and they deducted my account and i reversed the payment cause i did not know what was the payment for, until i received a letter stating that i app**** for a policy and i do not know what policy is that. Now i have to pa R1440 to cancel that policy , but i did not apply for a policy , All i know is that i app**** for a loan not a policy.
