R399 Debited without my concern

I app**** for the loan and the call center agent told me I have to pay 399 in order for them to proceed. <br> I told them I cant pay money when I am looking for money so I told them not to continue with the application as It sounded *****. just now 30min ago they debited 399 from my account. I called them now 3 times and when I tell them about the debit order they hang up on me so that it sound like network interruption when I call again for the 4th time no one picked.<br> <br> I do not have any verbal or legal agreement with them or whatsoever.<br> <br>
