PAYING FOR A INCOMPLETE APPLICATION

On the 9th of September i app**** for a contract online with loan choice sa and they send me a email with forms that i needed to sign and send my ID copy and 2 payslips and a bank statement in order for them to proceed with their services and they clearly stated that (NB: IF THE ABOVE REQUESTED DOCUMENTATION ARE NOT SIGNED AND SUBMITTED ACCORDING TO THE ABOVE SPECIFICATIONS, OUR PROVIDERS CANNOT PROCEED WITH YOUR APPLICATION.) that is when i realized they only gonna help me find a loan and they charging me R399 for that so i did not sigh the form as i didn't want to pay that R399.<br> On the 10th they called me reminding me to send back the forms i then again explain to them that i wont be proceeding with the application as i didn't know i will have to pay that amount as they don't even guarantee me that they will find me a loan. So now i just received an email with a letter of demand from the LIFESTYLE LEGAL saying i need to pay R1322.50. <br> <br> I never signed an agreement for that service it is not fair to be charged for trying to see if you quality for a loan online. i did not sign or send my document to them so i need for this to be cancelled.
