Outstanding debt

I enquired about a loan with loan tracer, just an enquiry, no confirmation of taking a loan. Now they send me summons and a letter of demand to pay about R594 immediately. How is that possible? when I didn't receive any monies from them and I must pay back to them. Such devious ways of manipulating innocent people.
