No contract but company wants payment

<p>I was on the website enquiring for loans, only to come accross loan choice SA. i then called to to enquire for a loan. They then sent me an application form which I never filled in as I did not want the loan anymore. They are now sedning me messages that I owe them as I have a contract with them.</p> <p>I didnt know that an enquiry is not taken as a contact. I WILL NOT PAY THEM AS I FEEL I OWE THEM NOTHING. if they want business they have to do it legally.</p>
