loan choice SA is a Scheme

i App**** for a loan with Loan Choice SA. they never contacted me.they only communicate via email.They never paid me the money instead they started debiting my account and i reversed the funds and stopped them from accessing my account.lately they are sending me letter of demand that i owe them R1600.
