LOAN CHOICE SA IS A *****

I app**** online to see if I would qualify for a loan. I was then emailed to say I qualifiy and in order to complete my application and have the loan paid to me, I needed to complete the forms and email it back to them along with my ID and banking statement. I DID NOT go ahead and never emailed a thing. It was then brought to my attention that this company has been deducting R99 from my account since last year and the 1st deduction was R399!! When I called the call centre, I was spoken to by an extreamly rude asian woman by the name of Janine. One can hardly make out what she is saying due to her accent and all she kept yelling on the phone to me was \even if you didn't take the loan, you must pay the monthly fees\". She kept speaking over me and wouldn't give me a chance to speak. Eventually I told her I am going to report this to the police as freud and take this matter further and her response was \"No problem, good luck\". I am SHOCKED. Is anything being done about this???? I have read all the reports but it seems like this freudulent organisation is getting a way with *****ing peoples money. I hope I get a response about this "
