Loan Choice SA complaint

Hi<br> <br> I had app**** online with Loan Choice SA and had been requested to supply my documentation.<br> <br> I then heard nothing from the company for weeks regarding status of my application so decided to leave it.<br> <br> On 18 December an amount of R399 was deducted from my account! I called the call centre to find out why the money was deducted as nothing had been agreed upon with me, and no deductions discussed or authorised and was told the money was a non-refundable once off fee.<br> <br> I have debit orders coming off of my account and the company has offered no solution.<br> <br> Zade
