Loan Choice Sa Are *********

<p>My wife does online marketing. Before we market a product we have to check to see if all links are working and what our customers will experience. She then added my details into the loan choice online application in January 2016. End of the month i see a debit order for R399 that deducts from my account. As i did not know what it was for , i reversed the debit order. A month later i see another debit order for R99 being deducted and I promptly reverse that too. In April i decide to check my email and clear it a bit. I come across a summons from Lifestyle Legal for not paying loan choice in the amount of R1585.00. I did not receive anything ever from this company. Nobody called me to explain what this was for or even sent me any communication until i received the summons. I decided to look on their website what this is about. You are applying for a loan but they try and sell you a bunch of ****py products that no-one will ever use as part of their package. This is very misleading as people enter their information for a loan application and not all this other nonsense for which they want to sue you for eventually.</p> <p>I hope the relevant authorities looks into this company and shuts them down as they are misrepresenting themselves and misleading the empoverished. They stand to gain R1585.00 for not delivering one single service or ever confirming with the person whether they want this service. They are plainly *****ing and blacklisting innocent individuals which eventualy places them in more debt while they have received nothing for the money they have to spend.</p> <p>Can i also charge people and blacklist them for delivering no service to them?? This is a blatant crime!!</p>
