Illigal Debit order

<p>Is loan choice SA a ****? that is my question. They debited my account with R399-00 without me signing any paper, any contract or any debit order autherisation. On Contacting them i was informed that by filling in the loan application online i bought one of their packages. this is madness, I filled in the form because i app**** for, as they advertise, a Unsecured loan. next thing i supposedly bought a package for R399-00 PLUS R99-00 per month for a year, NO Loan?? I am requesting the following. That loanchoice re-fund my R399-00 and remove me from their system...Entirely, That loanchoice is investigated by the banks, Carte Blance and the Ombud. If loanchoice contacted me first, send forms to sign i would have informed them that....I AM UNDER SEQUESTRATION And would never have authorised a debit order.</p>
