<p>They said I have signed up to pay R399 a month and all their debits were unsuccessful. So now they demand an amount of R938,75 penalty for a service I know nothing about. I have never signed up for anything. What I did was to apply for a loan, and made sure that i read their Ts&Cs. Theres nothing about a R399 fee that has to be paid each month. </p>
