False pretenses

I was ******* on the Internet by loan choice S.A where I was promised a free loan application. I app**** only to find out months later after not signing any documents as they said the application will only go through after I sign the documents. I did not sign however I started to receive threatening sms and emails stating I owe R1500 For services not received. I call them and they said I am liable they were rude towards me .I found out that they actually sell legal assistance which is of no use to me as all I wanted was a loan. They call themselves loan choice sa however they are a legal company and me agreeing to a online loan application for which if I had funds wouldn't ask for a loan so they leave you more in debt than you where before which is completely evil and unprofessional. They falsely advertise themselves and are ruining peoples life's. Students who cannot afford to pay back the same ********** money are left blacklisted. This is unacceptable and should be ******* I have not signed from when is clicking on the terms and conditions as they say legally binding while the agreement was if I don't sign the form sent I didn't send my id and pay slip to them
