FALSE PRETENSES

In August this year, needing a loan, my wife filled out an On-Line loan application form with a company called Loan Choice SA.<br> Little did she realise (although close reading of the terms and conditions and various other links like Hello Peter might have warned her otherwise) that far from being a provider of loan finance - Loan Choice SA is, in fact a legal advice/ resource company offering a range of services my wife had absolutely no need at all.<br> She also app**** for loans elsewhere and was granted a loan by another company and, since she had not received any notification of the outcome of her enquiry with Loan Choice she thought little more of the matter until, a month later, she started to receive demands that she pay amounts that she owes to Loan Choice!<br> <br> IT IS TRUE that if you click on the various links you eventually find that this company is NOT a loan company at all despite the clear impression that their company name and web-page gives.
