False advertising of their services

I had completed an online application form in the hope of obtaining a small loan only find myself being debited for no services rendered by R399.00 for the month of FEB.<br> <br> What am I paying for, i never requested Legal assistance from them as I have Legal Help from Clientele Life Legal.<br> <br> I will not leave this as it is and I will be taking it to the Ombuds and obtain legal assistance. They can never get away with this.
