DIDNT APPLY FOR A LOAN OR THERE SERVICE

<p>On 10/2/2016 someone used my details to apply for a loan or the services at Loan Choice Sa and gave them all my details.But due to the fact that i get 15-20 sms or mails from my staff that use my phonenumber for there problems i didn't worried about it.After i received a lawers letter i investigated the issue and spoke to Loan Choce and the Lawers to explain that i didn't gave any one my permission to take my personal details for anything.Loan Choice told me that i need to go the the police and do a avvidated to explain that i didnt do it and they will sort it out.Today i got a sms to tell me that i will be blacklist if i dont pay then in 24 hours.I tride to speak to both parties but there reaction sorry you will pay.I will not pay for something i didn't do and after loan choice told me to do the correct procedure.This is goiing on from May till current.Please help me.</p>
