Debited my account without any formal application

I did an online application for a loan. I then received an sms & email requesting supporting docs and a payment of R399 I obviously didn't have the R399 and didn't bother sending the requested docs as application will only be processed upon receipt of payment. They have now proceeded to debit my account without receipt of signed application or any of my supporting documents. I dont understand how this could be legal. I was told the could only cancel the application upon the receipt of payment of R399. I was signed up for some service pack that I never app**** for. They are *****ing our money imagine they just debitting R399's for every enquiry.. this is just a quick money making scheme without any guarantee that one will be approved for a loan... very sly and the consultants are trained to be heartless as they dont care that your hard earned money that is already not enough... is just going to waste without your approval..
