BEWARE OF LOAN CHOICE SA

BEWARE OF LOAN CHOICE SA- they are ********s!!! On 27/11/2017 I received a confirmation of a package that I have bought. I immediately rep**** on 28/11/2017 that I did not agree to this and that it should be cancelled with immediate effect. I send various communications when I did not receive a response. The company still continue to draw an amount of almost R400 from my bank account and R99 a month. I got hold of their call centre and the confirmed that they will cancel my debit order, only to tell me there is a hefty cancellation fee applicable. I rejected this request and was told to forward all the correspondence which I did. The company continue to send me correspondence that the cancellation fee is payable which I responded each time that I cancelled the package within 24 hours and never agreed to this. I never received any response and are now receiving threatening letters from a Lifestyle Legal Ltd that if I do not pay this fee I will be summons to court. The 400 fee has now grown to R750. What client protection institutions can I contact e.g . Ombudsman or any other regulatory body. In my mind Loan Choice SA owes me money.
