Being ****** yet I need money

I need help this company just sent me an email after I app**** at Capfin for a loan and was turned down. They then debited my account with R399 . I reversed the debit then they sent threatening email that they were taking legal measures against me and that I owe them R1130 for a 3 month service. I'm at a lost I never approached them I never answered them. Now a company claiming to be their legal representative just debits my account with R100. I am going to reverse this too. I need advise as my bank cant help me . I cant understand how easy it is for anyone to debit your account but you have to jump through so much safety hoops when you try to draw you own money. Can any one please advise me Thank you
