Being charged for enquiring online

I am being billed and threatened for simply putting my details on their website to enquire what they are all about and I was charged R 399.00. I phoned them several times for them to refund my money and only managed to get through to them twice and I was told by a very rude lady that the cannot refund the money deducted from my bank account as I did not cancel in time. Now I am being threatened by their lawyers to be black listed for an amount outstanding for almost R 1225.00 as I did not continue paying the R 99.00 they have been deducting from my bank account without rendering a service to me. How can you charge someone who wants to simply enquire about a loan now you are liable to paying them. This is **************** and I will not pay this amount as I do not owe them anything. These type of companies must be closed and removed from the internet. People be careful out there as there is sharks everywhere. I do not appreciate this and I would like to know where to report this company. Very upset and disappointed.
