bad attitude

I called lifestyle legal trying to understand why they send me a letter of demand to pay loan choice that i never had an agreement with them, i spoke to a rude woman telling me that because i ticked an option on the application i agreed to pay them so my signature or my documents don't matter. as i tried to ask how they know it was me who did the application or if it was ***** she put me on hold and after a minute she told me am wasting her time as she has other important calls to answer if i have questions i must call loan choice as she doesn't have to answer me , then she hung up on me.<br> <br> She was very rude and didn't wanna listen to what i wanted to say, she screamed at me every time i tried to say something. i wont pay for any charges that loan choice claim i owe them as i only did an application online i did not sign any form or send my documents to them as i cancelled that application so i need all this to be canceled
