ASSISTANCE - LEGAL PROCEEDINGS PENDING

<p>Hi,</p> <p>I see that there are literally hundreds of complaints against Loan Choice SA with regards to a "service package" agreement that was electronically attached to a loan application. I myself have written a review.</p> <p>What I would like to know, has anyone actually been to court regarding this agreement? And been successful in their endeavour? This would set a precident in court regarding this matter and I would appreciate if a successful defendent could please assist with the procedure to follow and provide the court case number as reference.</p> <p>I receive a rather harassing email on a daily basis regarding "Court Summons" and my failure to pay the, as yet undelivered, service package. I am more than willing to stand in front of a magistrate and plead my case, as I will not be bul**** or harassed into paying someone R 1 017.00 for de*****ing half of South Africa. </p> <p>The numerous complaints are all fair, but I need to ascertain wether someone has actually been succesful in getting these sharks of your back. Is there any legislation regarding "electronic signatures" and further to this attaching a financial gain by Loan Choice SA to a simple loan application. Surely the structure in terms of attaching these to a loan application is not legitimate or legal? </p> <p>Once someone is succesful in court proceedings, the rest of us would benefit as this precident could be used in our cases. I will also login again and leave any legal information I glean, for anyone going through this. Many voices cannot be ignored.</p> <p>Please advise. </p>
