Rude Owner and Empty Promises

Please do not order from this company when you want something delivered the next day. They make promises that if you order and pay before 12:00, they can deliver the next day. The owner is incredibly rude and after they mess up the order he cannot make a commitment to refund the client. The only commitment that he can make is that he will speak to his employee because orders are never delivered in a short period of time and we will get our order when the couriers delivers. We needed the order for a function, now we won’t have it. Won’t ever order from them again. They represent premium brands like Aqua Panna, S. Pellegrino etc, this company is doing a disservice to these brands.
