Service with more than a smile !

<p>I wanted to send high praise to the staff and managements of Loads of Living Canal Walk. I have never had anything but positive experiences each and every time I visit this store.</p> <p>I purchased a 100 % linen duvet set some time back. We noted that it was a little oversized. On my next visit to Canal Walk, I popped in to ask if there a known issue. </p> <p>The manageress said they had a problem with this set and if I bought it back to the store they would ensure that it was sent to their tailor for correction.</p> <p>It was dealt with promptly, and I happily have my favourite set of linen back on my bed - a perfect fit.</p> <p>Thanks for great service, and always with a smile. Exactly what customer service in a retail environment should be. You could teach a few other large retailers a lesson or two.</p> <p> </p>
