False advertising

<p><br />Good day, I follow Loads of living on Facebook and was happy to see a promotion of 20% off all duvet covers advertised on Sunday. The screenshot of the promotion is attached. The end date of the promotion is 31st of May.<br />A couple of days later, another promotion was posted on Facebook with the wording as follows and as you can view on the second attachment. <br />Wording as follows: " and get a further 20% of all duvet covers until Sunday 14th May. "<br />This clearly indicates a 40% discount. (Total) The store manager at Fourways mall Loads of living fully agrees with me and requested the marketing manager , Lise to contact me which never happened. After numerous attempts to call Lise as well as the company Managing director to honor their advertised promotion , I finally received a call from the marketing manager, Lise who claims I am misreading the Facebook post and promotion but proceeded to change the post on Facebook.<br />I request Loads of living to honor the promotion as advertised and posted on Facebook as I would like to purchase three sets of the 400 TC Egyptian cotton duvet covers at the "further discounted " promotion price.</p> <p>To to top it all , their MD , Michael, has been promising to contact me for the past week ! They clearly have many customers , why worry about this one !!!!</p>
