Double billed

Loads of living (Truworths)deducted R3296 from my debit card and then the same amount again the next day on my credit card My cards are linked in one card but how they deducted again from my credit card is a mystery I went to the Canal Walk store where the incident happened, it took the staffs 20 minutes to locate the area manager who is based In Kimberley This area manager did not apologise and told me matter has to be investigated by another department and she will call me in the morning I asked how this happened, she says she doesn’t know as she does not work in the store and they are a 100 year old company so matter will be resolved......... I am now R3296 out of pocket and actually wondering how long it will take to get my money back and a clear explanation how they managed to deduct funds from my credit card without my pin being entered Irritated and broke .........
