Upsetting experience

I had used their service once before and had a great experience that I even recommended them to friends and family but today I retract my recommendation for the following reasons: 1) I booked on their website days in advance and was told my appointment was confirmed, only for on the day to be assigned a driver and then called 10 mins before my appointment that there was no one to assist me at that time. 2) They stated that they would find alternatives and promised that a new driver would be there in the next 1 hour 20 mins. That was a lie, the new driver only arrived after 2 hours. 3) The driver they sent never communicated with me and once I contacted them they stated they were 10 minutes away only to arrive after 45minutes later 4) The driver stated that most of the vehicles are in Johannesburg so if you are elsewhere in Gauteng you may have issues getting your job accepted.
