Being a loadit driver

So as a driver for loadit any mistake you do they suspend or ban you fine. To them clients are so special but a driver something else, if you are inconvinienced by a client they don't listen to you or if you ask help caused by a client they do not help or do anything about that as client words goes to say. Any mistake driver does, ban..Thats how I've worked with loadit group🤔.
