Is Loadacart a ****?

Loadacart advertised a product called Learningart. I ordered two of these products for each of my grandchildren for Christmas on 4 November 2021. When I ordered on the website under the picture it said "IMMEDIATE DELIVERY". When I never received my order, I emailed them and was told that under the picture the delivery terms were 20 - 30 days. I have been following up by email constantly. I requested my money back and they refused saying they'd already paid for the goods. I received feedback until 23 November when I was given a tracking status. The goods apparently arrived in Cape Town on the 30th of November. The Company is supposedly based in Cape Town so I would have imagined that my grandchild in Cape Town would already have received her parcel by this stage. There are other people complaining on their Facebook page about the same problem. If you go to their website now I can't even log in. They say I don't exist. It would seem as though I have been ****med out of R1194.00. The email address that I got response from is ***.
