Have Loadacart ****med me?

I ordered 2 x Learningart products from this company on the 4th of November. Despite numerous follow up emails and discrepancies regarding the "immediate delivery" they promised which all of a sudden became 20 - 30 days, my grandchildren still don't have their Christmas gifts and I am non existent on their website. I think I have been ****med. There are other people complaining on their Facebook page as well.
