"Repaired" cellphone unusable

Took cellphone in for repairs. Screen damaged. R930 later collected cellphone and screen repaired. Checked screen and happy with result. When back home, the phone could not be charged and no signal. On trying to return phone, am told that as screen was successfully replaced as requested, job was done. Shop does not accept that due to their incomplete work/phone fault analysis, phone does not charge anymore and no signal available. Phone unusable.Shop should have informed that charging and signal were defective.
