LND Guesthouse not as advertised.

I booked a room at LND guesthouse for the 31 Dec and was extremely disappointed in service and how the property looked.

I rang the bell when I arrived and there was no answer. There we people on the steps who were just looking at us.

I looked in the postbox and there was a remote. I opened the gate and tried to go through the front door and it was locked and people still were on stairs looking at me.

I then walked around the side of house and it was very dirty and messy.

I got the the back of the house and there was a person who couldn’t speak English on the couch and no one else.

Could not find anyone to check us in and I felt very uncomfortable.

So my kids and I got back into our car and left.

I was very disappointed with the service and how the property looked and the service I received. The cost per night was R3600 which is definitely too expensive for what I saw.

I reached out to company and they are refusing even a partial refund.
