This FSP does not deserve a star, ********** experience regarding a cancellation instruction. Email instruction was submitted to the company on the 17th Sep 2020 cancelling this service, however debit order was still presented on the 25th Sep 2020. The company claims that they cannot refund my cash, standard cancellation notice is 2 weeks. Furthermore, there was no acknowledgement of receipt for my request. I called again today and demanded a written cancellation - which I am now in possession of . However the refund will not be made - unfair business practice.
