Thabo Makoe

Good day

My name is Thabo Makoe, in July 2020 I received a call from the lady by the name of Malebo who works for LML Solutions which happens to be a debt management and advisory company under the registration number ***. This company was trying to offer me a loan of which unfortunately due to my credit review it was unsuccessful, however they offered me a debt management service under two service deliveries, 1 was for 12 month and the other one was for 6 months. I then opted for the one for 6 months with a monthly payment of R475. They started with the service on the 28th of July 2020 being assisted by the lady that goes by the name of Meisie, she registered me and promised to send confirmation letter within 7 working days. I had to call them back after that 7 working days to remind them to send the letter as promised, they then sent it after a week of my call.

When I look at my listings under my name through my credit report from TRANSUNION, I have no judgments, no Defaults, no Adverse, no debt review and no notice listed under my name, it is only 3 companies that I appear to be on arrears with my payment.

This company has been deducting an amount of R475 every month from my account and by now it calculates to a total amount of R1900+ , they do not communicate with me not even after deducting their service fee, not even an SMS or Email from them, I have to at all times call them to ask what's happening and how far are they with my file.

I called them on the 5th of December as usual to find out what is happening with my file and how far are they in negotiating with my debtors, I spoke to a lady by the name of Confidence who told me she is sorry she can't assist me because the lady who is dealing with my file she is off work. I then shouted at her and promised to report her to Hello Peter, she hung up on me. On the 9th of December that's when they sent the summary and requested me to sign , scan and send it back to them, which also cost money to do all that.

DMC has been deducting an amount of R250 from my account but after I sent this papers to LML Solutions on the 9th of December, they deducted an amount of R275 for the month of December 2020 and that was my last payment with DMC.

I called them again today which is the 11th of January 2021 around (15H00), to ask again how far are they with my file and i spoke to a lady by the name of Docus who rudely told me i should wait and stop nagging them, when i tried explaining it has been long since i have waited she then told me she will hung up on me for she have all the rights to hung up on me, and she did.

Later during the day around 16H21 i called them back and spoke to Malebo complaining about the bad treatment i got from one of their consultant ( Docus) , Malebo told me she can't assist me she then transferred me to Confidence, Confidence told me the same thing that she is sorry she can not assist and she transferred me to Zanele and that was around 16H35 when Zanele told me she is busy on another call she will call me back, i asked her not to call me back but put me on hold for i don't mind holding and waiting for her to be done and assist me but she told me i will block other calls that need to come through and she hung up.

She called me back around 17H05 and told me she have my file and they are still negotiating with my debtor, it comes to my surprise because i have been hearing the same story since August and i still have track of all the emails i have been sending to them trying to get an update from them everytime. It is only 2 companies that take them this long to negotiate with. I am so not happy with this company.

Please assist me Thank you ***
