Even the credit ombudsman told me that the LML financial SOLUTIONS IS NOT IN THEIR DATA BASE
Hi My name is Audrey on the 14th January 2021. I received a call from LML FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS, their agent told me that did received my Application online for a loan of R2000. Indeed I did apply for a loan online . I gave her my personal details including my Capitec account details. The agent on phone said she is still busy on the system to see if are do qualify for a loan. She said I don't qualify for a loan, but she can help me to clear my name . I told her no thanks I only needed a loan. on the 26th of January 2021 R487 was debited on my Capitec bank account. Iwent to Capitec to reverse the money. They showed on the system that they cannot help me because is a Debicheck WHICH I DID NOT APPROVED IT . On the 28th January 2021. I called MLM FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS . They gave an email address (***) I I did as I was told. I sent them multiplication of email till to date no one has ever responded to my emails. I STILL HAVE A PROVE OF THE EMAILS WHICH I SENT IT TO THEM. I DID ASKED MY REFUND AND NOT TO DEBIT ANY MONEY FROM MY CAPITEC BANK ACCOUNT. NO ONE HAS EVER attended to my request.
We tried calling you several times even replying to your emails...however, you never called us back. The first email you sent was on stating that you want to CANCEL because you cant afford because your salary is R2500, and your file was cancelled immediately. YOU ACCEPTED !
