Debt review flag

i wont recommend LML solutions to anyone i know , they contacted me and told me that if i pay almost R500 for 4 months they will help me lift debt review from my name but till to date i still have that flag on my name and when i contact them and ask about it i was told that they cannot help me now as its been a year now and im no longer their client and my file is closed

So how can my file be closed when the service was never rendered , i paid almost 2000 for nothing
