Clear name

This has been the upteenth time that I am trying to get hold of this company, they promised to help clear my name but to this day have I seen the changes. They deducted 3 or 4 payments from my bank account of R380 and still did not carry out the promise of clearing my name and helping to get new credit. What poor service, so therefore I would prefer a full refund, its been more than a year that I got no response from the company.
