Absolutely poor service...

Just got off the phone with one of their consultants. They have started a service that I have not given consent for. No mail confirmation, and no telephonic confirmation either.

I have requested a copy of the telephonic conversation and I just got given stories and the agent told me that it is not possible. As well as a screaming match with the agent that I was on the call with, not allowing me to make my point and complete a sentence without being interrupted and she kept saying Bye-Bye.
