WORST QUALITY AND SERVICE CMT IN CAPE TOWN

I had the exact same experience with L'Mad as the previous review. Poor communication after payment. Asanda and Celeste are completely incapable of understanding the concept of customer service. Half of my bulk stock order, I paid for was not received, they have decided to simply ignore my emails. I am stilled owed a deposit for undone work - to which I received a credit note. Zero payment to this day. The other half of my order was done so poorly, with fabric cut unstraight and stickers still left inside the lining, visible - I could not sell it. They have no regard for timing. They have also ****** my fabric - an entire 32 meter roll of ex*****ve cotton sateen - I have emails of Asanda confirming it was stored, and then suddenly when, I needed to collect it - it was never there. I am now in the process of suing them, and my first letter of demand has been delivered to them already. I will see them in court if it's the last thing I do. Stay clear.
