Bad Dealership / Poor Service

We bought a Bmw 320 from this dealership. Car was not Roadworthy had many faults. We took it back and said that we can look for a replacement. We saw a Hyundai Tucson. We took the car just find that that enjin is leaking heavy oil and shocks was completely gone but the sales man Abdull said he thinks it might be the controll arm. We had the car for less than 500 km when I heard a noise in the enjin. I phoned Abdull and told him that I'm bringing the car back. On my way back to Kempton Park 2 km from the dealership the enjin blew completely. I phoned Abdull I explained that we stranded as the enjin blew. He told me it is not his problem and that we bought the car vootstoots which by law does not stand any more. He sold my bakkie and does not want to give my money back. He can't issue me with a Roadworthy but has the new papers but car needs to go for Roadworthy. I opened a *****case against him and his company in Kemptonpark Saps which he is a director as per a investigation done by CSI on him and all the other directors and their businesses. Also did I complained to Sars to do a life Audit on all the directors and supp**** the with all refelant documentation. I would strongly advise before taking a vechile from him or his company.
