Poor Plumbing Arrogance!

Louw was referred to me by an Estate Agent. I required plumbing to remedy a low pressure issue, toilet cistern and leaking kitchen plumbing. Plumber was sent out to me. Pressure issue partially remedied, cistern was done incorrectly and the kitchen plumbing still leaks. Their excuse was they did not have the right pipes to fix, so a temporary job was done with a promise to return to complete the job. On their return, after numerous calls, they accused me of having brought in another plumber and they were horrified at “that” plumbers work! That was the exact state Louw left my plumbing in. I had not brought any other plumber in. In hindsight, I should have! On their second attempt, I suspect they used more appropriate pipes. A day later, leaks continue. Again, after numerous calls and messages, they sent the team in again. A haphazard rushed consultation and still leaking! They are the most unprofessional unqualified service providers. R1500 later and I still need to fix the issues I called them in for months ago. If you are referred to this company, steer clear, they are expensive and add no value.
