I would avoid at all cost

Poor workmanship (use casual labour) 2 days quoted took 5 days (granted there was rain but could have finished in 3 days) poor quality product (kikuyu) topsoil was full of stones, even rocks (if you can call it topsoil) - hardly enough either. halfway through project they claim to have miss-calculated and wanted more money
