Poor follow-up and attitude

Contacted them about 6 weeks ago after visiting their quite impressive web-site. Contact person is Walter. Accepted the quote which was to remove my kikuyu grass which had some serious ****s, and replace with LM grass, and at the same time raise the level of the entire bed of new grass to the height of my surrounding paving. On day of delivery, Walter was "astounded" that he had to raise the level. This seemed like "news" to him. Irritation factor no.1. They did the job, and within a few days I noticed that the new grass contained its own ****s. (these were for free!!). Have been trying to get him to come and remove the 1 square metre and replace. His attitude is that: a) it is too small a quantity to put on his truck, and b) he will NOT put it in his car to bring. His car is not made for that!! Oh, and he never seems to know who I am when I send him messages, and/or phone him. Will not recommend him at all.
