Disappointing

What started out as professional turned out to be just enough to get my money and not carry through with many promises and no follow through. Ordered grass and compost, delivery date arranged. Grass didn't arrive, promised another date. Next delivery did not take place - he was proactive enough to say machine had broken down. Promised delivery of compost in the meantime. Did not happen. Vowed to make good with delivery by installing grass. Partially laid and did not return to finish. Follow ups being ignored.
