LM Clothing (Bad Customer Service )

Last month 25 July 2022 I ordered clothes from LM Clothing .To my surprise I never received any notification from Pep as the guy was supposed to post my parcel via Paxi (Pep)after paying the full amount for my items I waited till today.He told me the parcel.was sent to the wrong Locaction which is not my fault .I have been begging him to refund me as I don't want anything from LM Clothing anymore .Mr F.C Munemo (account holder I deposited my money into)has been giving me excuses to date.He has empty promises everyday .Before you order anything from this LM Clothing think twice I am a victim .
